Davide has over 15 years of experience as an Intellectual Property attorney, during which he represented a multiplicity of clients with different backgrounds and needs.

Davide advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademarks and patent litigation, as well as on anti-counterfeiting strategies.

He advises prestigious clients from different industries (fashion, design, manufacturing) on several issues, handling precautionary measures (such as descriptions, seizures and injunctions) and proceedings on the merit related to trademarks, patents, designs and unfair competition, before the Italian specialized Courts. His work also includes worldwide Customs Surveillance measures, anti-counterfeiting strategies, arbitration procedures for the assignment of domain names before WIPO; management, rationalization and enforcement of trademark and patent portfolios, drafting of IP related contracts.

Davide received his Law Degree in 2004 from “Università Statale” in Milan and his LL.M in Intellectual Property law in 2006 from “Benjamin Cardozo School of Law” in New York.

Davide is also a member of professional associations as the International Trademark Association and Marques.
