Emanuele has over 15 years of experience as an Intellectual Property attorney, during which he represented a multiplicity of clients with different backgrounds and needs.

Emanuele regularly advises prestigious clients across several industries, such as fashion, entertainment, manufacturing, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. His practice mainly covers trademark, design and patent law (pre-filing search analysis, filing, prosecution, opposition proceedings, cancellation and invalidation actions, out-of-court negotiations, licensing and co-existence agreements), unfair competition law, copyright law, domain name law and customs law.

Clients benefit from Emanuele’s experience as a Trademark Attorney, enrolled in the Italian bar since 2016 and in the San Marino bar since 2018. He is also a cctld.it domain name panelist.

Emanuele is a qualified attorney in Italy and admitted to argue before the Supreme Court. He is also a Technical Consultant of the Court of Milan in trademarks, designs and domain names.

Emanuele received his Law Degree in 2002 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan.

Emanuele is also a member of professional associations as the European Communities Trademark Association, the International Trademark Association, the Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the Licensing Executives Society and the Association of Patent & Trademark Attorneys in the Italian Industry.
