Fabiana Zangara

Fabiana Zangara is an immigration attorney specializing in investor and employment-based immigration matters.

She regularly advises foreign and domestic companies as well as individuals on the full range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions including visas for business partners, managers, and executives.

She has extensive experience representing clients from throughout the world with all types of business-based temporary and permanent immigration status, including Intracompany Transferees (L-1), Treaty traders and investors (E-1/E-2), specialty occupations (H-1B), labor certifications and aliens of extraordinary ability.

Fabiana received her Law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” where she was conferred the title of “Top Graduate.” She also holds a Master of Laws from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, where she focused on immigration law and served as a Research Scholar.

She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Columbian Lawyers Association (CLA) and the National Organization of Italian American Women (NOIAW).

Fabiana is a founding partner of Zacalaw. Before founding Zacalaw, she practiced immigration law at a large international firm based in New York.
